How to copy only a section of a track plan for publication?

How to proceed in order to only get a specific section of a track plan for forum purposes?

I have a fairly large track plan and wish to copy only part of it (ie a reversing section) for forum publication purposes.
In casu: the lower right part, layer 'hidden tracks'.

If you open AnyRail twice, you can copy and paste between them.

If it's only a picture you need, zoom in to the area you want, use File/Export as/Picture, and select 'View area only'.

I had been thinking about a screenprint too but the resolution is less than an export.

I've set up an extra layer - 'Printing'.  I select the bits I want and move them to that layer and turn off the other layers.  Don't save the file - just reload it on completion.
