Just a tiny suggestion about connecting track... I think it would enhance usability if the visual feedback indicating that track connectors were within the range where they'd connect was different. I know that the track itself changes color--slightly--but IMO it's too subtle; I also think it would be better if the connectors themselves provided the feedback instead in some way, such as a glow, changing color and/or becoming bold, etc.
