Version 4.9 has been released!

Two important things have been fixed:
- Sections work correctly now for crossings and double plated track
- Text is displayed at the correct font size at all zoom levels

Hello, David:

When the final version of 4.9 tried to update (no drawing on the screen, just blank), I received an error message saying that the first line of the .INI file was missing several (4, I believe) characters. I forced it to re-try, and then it did update. But it was a bit odd at first.

Boy, the versions certainly have gone by fast. I don't know of anyone in the 29 years I have been testing software who put them out as fast, or with as many good changes, or with such consistent high quality.
