The first version in 2011!

*New libraries for Rokuhan (scale Z) and Lego RC.
*Updated libraries for Tillig H0, Minitrix and Trix Express.

*Page numbers and file name on printouts for easier reference.
*Current layer displayed in status bar.

*Various bugfixes and minor improvements.
