As noted in the N scale thread this one will by sorted by theme, similar to what the mfgs use in their catalogues.

Starting out with "Railroad related items".

In order to get a selection of the different themes I'll mix them up and then get back to the started ones later.

Next up: Industry and Commerce.

The town and city structures will complete the themes. There are a lot of them and with many details, soooo ... it will take a while.  ;) :o

I have scanned a bunch of Faller 'N' Structures and sized them in AnyRail for some projects I have been working on.
Some of the image scans aren't too great but the sizing should be correct.
Saw this thread and thought they maybe of use to someone else :)

Hi Slaatibartfast,

Yep every bit helps, but I'd still suggest checking  what is already there. Just to avoid duplicating the work.  ;)  :)

BTW did you notice that some of Faller's outlines don't correspond to the dimensions they give i.e. the length to width proportions are sometimes off.  ??? ???

Cheers

I did a quick check, but good point  :)

Many of the outlines from the catalogue were not the real proportions of what they represented, the feature of adding an image to a pre-sized box was a life saver for this.

So the scans might not be clear or look 100% straight, but the boxes the images have been loaded onto match the catalogue stated dimensions for the structures :)

Ahhhh ....

I "doctor" the images first in Corel PhotoPaint, then import them in a large "surface" and resize that to fit. That's how I found out that the scans - I grabbed them from their website - are not spot on. Some of them are also quite crude i.e. the lines have jaggies and are way too thick. But that can be fixed, too.  ;)

OK I uploaded all the files.  Naturally there are a lot more to come ... when the mood strikes and the time is available.
